Summary: My daughter and I enjoyed our 5 night stay in Cottonwood Heights. The apartment is clean, well stocked, and is in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the highways and centrally located. Whole Foods is just a couple of minutes away. Easy to get to the new Salt Lake Bees Stadium, Great Salt Lake and University of Utah.

Summary: Lovely basement apartment. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Close to downtown without feeling urban at all. Beautiful neighborhood. One of the nicest rentals we've had at a very reasonable cost. Thank you for opening this to us.

Summary: Excellent communication from the owner. Everything was clean, comfortable and well organized. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking, but appeared to be better stocked than most vrbo properties. Quiet street and quiet apartmen. Will definitely return if the its available during my next trip.

Summary: Great option and worked well for a ski trip for my brother and I. Nice and quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors who chatted with us as we walked back from the bus stop. We did not have a car but used rideshare service and UTA ski bus without issue. About a 10 minute, slightly uphill, walk to the bus stop and grocery store. Probably not an ideal choice if my wife/kids were along for this trip but worked perfectly for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again depending on the travelling party.
